Well if the player was not Comms capped, I think its acceptable to twink at 49 till you get all the comms. If he is already comms capped, there is no reason to stay lvl 49 imo

On the other hand...I just realized a lvl 49 twink wont get comms...lol I feel stupid XD
Guarding a healer is not only the job the the skill ''guard''. It is also your job to stay around the healer to be a plague for the people attacking the healer.

I also like it because it rewards players who have finished the min/max grind by allowing them to have a well geared fresh 50. But again... most importantly... those extra coms. At least they have a purpose now. Without legacy gear I'd probably be trolling Section X and /clubdance while my companion beat on PvE'ers.

Sorry for going off topic but that caught me by surprise. I didn't even consider that legacy was NOT working as intended.
Here's the only official legacy thing I could find. There's no mention of being able to xfer mods. So I don't believe BW "intended" for us to xfer mods to alts using legacy gear.

And we all know that you transferring your legacy gear to your own toons - affects other players. Big time. HUGE I mean... seriously. It's bad. WAY bad.
Are you special in the head or something?

Me transferring WH gear that I bought on my main to my alts DIRECTLY affects anyone I pvp with.

How is this any different from the full augmented, min/maxed WH geared pre-mades that come to normal WZ's to have a smash fest on newly dinged 50's in Recruit gear or worse?

It isn't.

And 1.6 should change the way people view gear... the difference between the WH adn EWH gear will be much smaller in comparison to the BM and WH difference was. Which IMO wasn't game breaking either but it'll be nice to see less people with a reason to complain.
Ya I'm a bit hopeful- EWH is a step in the right direction, will have to wait and see just how that works out.

Ya that only mentions the gear not the transferring of mods.

I play on an RP server and it's become a significant problem. To the point where people will leave warzones when they see a team of these level 49s. And if it's a problem on a RP server, I'm sure it must be on others.

Oh I am sure there will be people who are fine with this, in fact - who engage in it themselves. Time to move on - buck it up - take your medicine like the rest of us.

I'm pretty sure the ability to do this is not part of the intended game mechanic. It needs to be fixed. I am tired of teams giving up before the wz starts and of people exiting the wz before it finishes (and sometimes contributing to losses in Huttball when scores are tied).

If this has been addressed - my apologies. I read through some threads and tried a search, but came up with nothing...

:;edit:: To be clear - this isn't an "anti twink" post. It isn't an "anti-premade" post. There is NOTHING wrong with twinking a char in the absence of (mis)using a game mechanic to artificially hold yourself at a certain level. This also isn't a "Level 50 PvP is fine - and absent of it's own problems" post. Clear?
I have not noticed this much, and I AM on Ebon Hawk. Of course, I only pvp in later hours eastern.
