Dont be unreasonable.
F2P cant generate enough income to pay for the required infrastructure unless it also generate revenue.
Cartel market being their choice of method to generate the revenue.
Problem is they have implemented a very weak market that easily bugs out and cant handle the traffic.
Very poor planning, the server handling transactions should be very robust not.
I sincerely hope they use the downtime tomorrow to fix the issues we have with cartel market at least.

Cheaper to get/buy/borrow a mic/headset and use Skype, since you obviously have net and a PC of some kind. It's toll free, from wherever you're calling. I used it twice now, no charge, and I'm over here in the Nordics, right next to Sweden.

My ticket about this was deleted..no answer..I'm not going to bother ringing them either as it seems in most cases to be also a waste of time.

Well i thought i'd let BW/EA/whoever try to fix the issue.

But they haven't and keep getting same old same old in mails...call us or check with your card. was hoping they would jump and take this chance to fix it since it's not my issue on what happened and make some people happy..but they are far from that. I Dont plan to wait for hours to be told something else so im just gonna call the bank.

Lucky i only bought 2 months...ill stick around till its over but never will donate again nor plan to refer any of my friends at all and if they ask me..ill say this game is bad and dont help it let it die since BW/etc dont mind letting it die too and ontop of that it's worse then nexon support if you have any issues.

OH and thanks too this error i had to borrow money from a friend to pay my water and elec. bill that was due today Thanks too them i have water and ehat in the winter time...

Good day and thank you for losing another customer.

I removed my card and had to call cs to re-apply it. My sub renewed over the weekend successfully using that card.

I have not yet tested coin purchases because I'm interstate at a work event, but will be back and testing on Thursday.

I have a good feeling, however, that the card CS re-applied to my account will now work as expected.

Hope the info helps!

I also had this worry when my series of calls lasted 9 hours. Fortunately my bill displays these as free calls. I'm with iinet, but I believe it should be the same for other telco's

As you guys for the most part has understood, this problem is on their end.
If you want faster help than when they fix the base problem, calling them on their support line is the only way to get ahold of them.
If you are not in the countries listed below, I strongly suggest you install skype (purchase of credit necessary but calling wont be billed towards the credit) or similar program and call +1 8554679867
USA, Canada: 1-855-GO-SWTOR (1-855-467-9867)
UK, Germany, France: 00800 0246 9273 (008000 BIOWARE)
Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore: +800 0246 9273 (+8000 BIOWARE)

I really dont suggest calling +442035642555 with landline/mobile since its regular payment for calling it.

Wait times before I got humans on the phone on monday: 40 min or so for first tier support, unfortunately this problem we have will require further handling from more specialized people at bioware. And I got dropped off before I got to that department and had to call again. Oh, and they have absolutely horrible music while you wait, hehe.
Evidently they plan to put something in to fix some of the problems in the thuesday patch, if your issues arent sorted - give them a call. Just make sure you dont go broke by doing so

Secondly, call around noon, bioware time (eastern us time). Seems the people able to fix this problem is at work then.

To whom it may concern:
I'm still having issues trying to purchase cartel coins. I still receive the message "An error has occurred, please try again later" This happened for 3 days, i submitted a ticket but received no response... then magically i was able to buy one pack of coins on 11-25-2012... then i continued to get the error message, I have contacted my bank and they stated it's an error on your side not theirs.

I am a new customer to SWTOR and i do not appreciate being ignored nor do i appreciate the inability to enjoy the game. If the system is broken then let the community know instead of forcing us to stew in our anger.
Angry customers leave games that do not make them happy. If you do not want me as a customer then say the word and i'll take my money somewhere else.

Respectfully Submitted-
Mr. H

Oh no this thread must not land on page 2!

I still cant buy coins via cc. Also not possible via paypal!

How do you expect me to renew my sub you geniuses at BW (and NO the 2 month code is NOT an option for me)?

It would be nice if youd solve this problem somtime soon. You do know that you are misssing thousands of thousands

of dollars and euros evy day you wait.

How about an official response but not the copy and paste cs droid crap that we get dished out every day!

And yes I am angry!
