I have waited more than 3 days as suggested by customer service.... didn't work. I am now on the phone ( calling from Australia ) and have been on hold over 2 hours.... this is gunna cost me a small fortune. i am at the end of my rope..... if this is not fixed by the end of this call, I'm done. Seriously how much effort do i need to go to to get this fixed.... this is biowares fault and im now on a call being charged 30 cents per minute for an international call..........

ive been having this issue since the launch and tried all of their "solutions" and nothing works. I have been successful buying coins through a billing agent however. But now i tried calling today and it wont even ring. awesome!

Well , it seems this wont get fixed till someday in the future , i for my self i dont even bother to call the support , cause i already know they wont do a damn thing or nothing will change at all. Since over a week i cant buy Coins and even waited 48 hours etc but nope not a single ** was given by there gosh darn system thats so **ed up.
CE Pre Order VIP Jedi Knight / Guardian Zarkon A Jedi ?? You mean those , crazy people with the rave sticks ??

Looking at the transaction history on my account, I made several Coin purchases and then one seems to have gotten stuck as "open" and nothing but failed attempts after that. I wonder how this will affect my subscription rollover this month, since the same card is used for both types of purchases. Am I going to lose my subscription over some database error?

Make the call on skype or google voice. It is free. I was reading on their site which number to call for people living in Denmark and I did that the first time. As you I figured out it would cost me a fortune so I called the free number through google voice - it took a couple of hours but at least I didnt pay for it - exept in patience...

it is pathetic we have waited over two week and no any answer from aynone. The conclusion of this story is as long as they (bioware) have an important number of player who can buy cartel coin they will not spend their time to fix this bug ....

I'm also having the same trouble, but from what I have read from a few post already is that it seems with all the new players pouring into the game and it seems that Bioware/EA are having too much trouble trying to process all the request that is flooding the servers.

Heres a solution GET RID OF THE CARTEL MARKET AND MAKE EVERYTHING UNLOCKABLE BY LEVEL there crisses solved!
