Luke wasn't a Jedi at that point, also don't confuse a film with a game, a film has to make some nod to reality, were anybody can put on a piece of armour. The game restricts armour to balance the classes, in (un)real life a Jedi could calve through a dozen troopers or bounty hunters without breaking a sweat
Peace can be found, above all passions. Through passion, I may gain strength.
Through strength, I may gain power. Through power, I may gain victory.
But for every enemy fallen, a new foe rises.
For every chain broken, new chains bind me. Only the Force can set me free.

Since Ep IV-VI are Galactic Civil War era, Han and Luke were clearly playing SWG, where you had no profession restricitions on armor.

It was adaptive armor.
Peace is a lie... and so is your Order.

Same as Leia's bikini had lots of STR in it when she killed Jabba
Is that a hairstyle, or did a womp rat die on your head?

Everyone simply has a Debuff of 99% Total Health called 'Lucas'. However, Luke and Han were level 32 and they had high dodge/block %s.

Storm Troopers are only level ten.
Who's my favorite Villain from the game?
Myself of course.
