To all of you who cant put in your credit card details again: Call support through skype (its free) and make them add the details. In the meantime, you can do this: go to origin.com and buy 60 days pre-paid game time. You will get the code you can enter on your-account page. You will still be a sub and it works. For some it is even cheaper than recurring monthly subscription.

The problem has been narrowed down to the paying system not processing your order no matter what you attempt to buy: cartel coins, changed- or new subscription and even the pre-paid game time from within your account.

Regarding the charging from bankaccount: I was charge today for the amount of cartel coins but looking into the amount purchased it fits with the amounts charged. For me it is just a "delayed reaction" from I bought the coins til the money was charged. I havent been charged with anything I didnt buy, and beleive me - I have enough failed attempts to get bancrupt if all those were charged.

Hope this helps some of you....

I am still unable to buy more cartel coins, i have a ticket open and no reply ;(
as an additional bonus my account was downgraded to F2P for a short while today(I have a subscription and 12days until next billing).

Please fix this soon

I have not been able to buy coins since the 17th now......and since the same card that pays for my subscription is the one being turned down for coins, its should be interesting to see if my subscription renews today or not. Luckily I haven't been charged for the 250+ attempts to purchase coins.
