Greetings brianyea,

Please change the line D3DFullScreen = true to D3DFullScreen = false and try to start the game.

If you are able to start the game then you can modify the graphic options from the in-game menu.

If the issue remains please come back to us.

I hope this helps!

Greetings brianyea,

Just to clarify does the client crash when you select Play on the launcher?

If this is the case could you please post your DxDiag.

Thank you!

Greetings brianyea,

Please note that your computer is below the minimum system requirements for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

You might be able to get the game to run if you install all of the available Windows updates including service pack 1 and install the latest graphic card drivers for your card.

Please don't hesitate to come back to us if you have any further questions.

Thank you!
