Party jawas for subscribers

I understand that we are supposed to get party jawas via an in-game email if you are a subscriber. I have checked all my characters emails and nothing yet.

I started a customer support ticket but no replies yet. This is my first ticket. How long does it usually take to get a reply?

It's a known issue and BioWare are investigating.

Also, are you sure you meet the criteria for receiving the Party Jawa?
The Party Jawa will be rewarded to current or previous subscribers as of August 1 and who are active subscribers when the Free-to-Play option launches.
CE VIP - Pre-ordered: 21st July 2011, Pre-Order Code registered: 01st August 2011 due to retailer error
CE registered: 17th December 2011, Subscribing since 21st January 2012

Ok, that's it. I ordered the game (physical copy) on July 29, and I got it some days after that I think
