Hi,

A guy in our guild says that he too cant play after paying for a subscription plan since the 1.5 update and neither can he post on the forums.
He has updated all his contact and personal information about a lil more than half a day ago and also validated his email because he has recieved 3 emails from you, one saying that his account has recieved the subscription he paid for and 2 about recieving cartel coins for being a subscriber.
It would be nice if you could fix his account so he can play again.
he does currently have 28 days left of subscription to use so he's most deffinetly a subscriber.

Anyways his account name is Oqulas, if you guys could fix his account that would be nice

A friend of mine can't access the game, the launcher says, "there is currently no active subscription on this account. activate your account here"

He's been waiting since Thursday to play the game; his account name is Kolai_Tak, he can't post on the forums but he should have preferred status.

NO ACTIVE sub even tho it has 59days stated at top of account.

My subscription expires today. So I go in, and switch to quarterly billing, figuring it would be nice to have 1800 cartel coins all at once.

Now my account shows I have 59 days of playtime remaining (?) and shows I am not a subscriber.

From what I can tell, you billed me for a 60-day gametime card and not for the quarterly subscription.

I was on hold for 6 hours on Saturday, because your website wouldn't take my credit card. I've been on hold for 3 hours today. How can I get a billing issue resolved without spending my entire day off on hold?

I've never encountered something like this. I'm disabled, and i don't know if I can continue to sit here on the phone for hours at a time like this. What is the problem, and is there another way to get this resolved besides the horrid phone support option?
