My friend has been having the same problem for the last few hours; he called up support but they apparently couldn't help him.

A Guild mate cannot log in to game.She has been a subscriber for months, and currently shows in "My Account" 29 days remaining.
She cannot log into forums, and she cannot log into game. The error when logging in is "There is currently no active subscription on this account"

She reports that her account switched to free to play, but then converted to not being able log in at all.

Yeah, i'm having trouble playing. i could play with free to play, but when i purchased a 60 day subscription, i found that i couldn't. i sent emails and the phone support had no options for my problem.

I am currently having this issue as well. I entered a Game Time Code in order to be a subscriber (which I would rather be than the free to play option).
