Ugh accidentally deleted a 50 toon when meant to delete another.....any possibility of it being restored? Yes I have posted this in numerous places to include ingame tickets and such...just want to be heard and hopefully get this toon restored....if it helps im a sub :-)

Character Level: 50
Server Name: Was The Fatman now The Prophacy of the Five
The date and time when deleted in error: Friday 11/16/2012, mid afternoon to early evening

Is it normal to receive an email about this type of ingame character restoration request that tells me to call customer support? because I just got one and now in que, wish had known i was going to have to call and i would have from get go

I am very sorry, this mail will have been sent in error, creating a ticket was the best way to do this. I can see you already have other tickets in, these should not be replied to in such a manner.

I am sorry for the delay, we are currently working through some issues with character restore, so there's a longer delay than usual.
