I am still having this issue, it has not been fixed for me.

Same for me, can't play and can't post on forum with my account since the subscription.
My account is ThyrionFR (french account and i post here because in France it seems we don't have any customer support ).
Hope you will fix it soon, it such a pathetic problem..
