GTN listing item fee change for subscribers?

As a subscriber, when I list an item, the listing fee is set with the default price. As of yesterday the fee was tied to the price. The higher the price, the higher the fee.

Today the fee isn't changing as I increase from the default price.

Is this a bug, or a positive change for subscribers?

Game Update 1.5: HK-51 Activated
The deposit for items placed on the GTN is now a percentage of the item's value (instead of being based on the player's set price).
As if I have anything worth putting in a signature...

They'll still nick you, it will just be when the sale occurs. I think this lowering of listing costs is a nice change, as they were obscene before.

Ya this is a very nice change and not so bad a hit when you accidentally put something up with one extra 0 or two in it...
