This happens at least once every other day. I go to click on an in-game email with either funds from a GTN sale or an email with attachments sent from an alt.
This has been happening for months.
Almost every time I do a repair, but it doesn't fix the problem from happening again.
What gives? I've filed numerous bug reports and you people don't address or fix this issue.

Hi pooks,

That is interesting. Would it be possible to get an error report from the next(or last) time this happens? You can get this by taking the following steps.
  • Open your Start menu and type "view reliability history" into the search box.
  • Select the most recent swtor.exe failure, denoted by the red circle with the white X in it.
  • Double-click the related Critical Event under Source.
  • Please post the full information of the reliability history within code tags or spoiler tags

Also, would you consider that you open a large value of mail? Is this more likely to happen after opening a large number, or is there any relation between playing time and these crashes?

Thanks.
