Does lightning charge's discharge stack?

Just wondering if the discharge for lightning charge (i.e. the DoT over "x" number of seconds) stacks? Is it worth it to continually cast it, especially if you are making use of the Raze ability? Appreciate any feedback on this!

Would be OP if it did... discharge 5 times in a row and sprint away from some poor guy without cleanse in PvP

lightning charge is dissapointing

to me all the dots are dissapointing.

for one big reason. They're all mitigated by armor and sin has 0% armor pen unless you go deception then only 9%. So you fight a mob / person with high armor? tickle tickle.
