been having some new lock-ups and crashes. dxdiag and reliability reports below.

(update) - decided to roll back the vid driver from 306.97 to 301.42 and have not had a crash in over 5 hours of game play. it seems that Toshiba does not offer updated OEM drivers and the Nvidia drivers can be a bit hit and miss with the older GeForce 360m. just wanted to provide a possible solution if someone is having similar problems.
