I've been trying to Redeem my code and set up my subscription and such. The code its asking me for is the Digital rights they sent me in my email?

I put in my digital rights and it recognizes my product, ect.. then I hit confirm and it tells me that my code is already in use. I did already enter it to register it and get my spot in Early access back in August. But I mus tbe missing something.

Maybe they are looking for a different code? Others having this problem?

You are probably using your early access code. You should use the product key code instead.

There are 2 codes.

First is the one for the preorder that you may have used some time ago.
Second is the one you should get with your game box or have had e-mailed out to you if you bought a digital version.

The second code is the one to use.
