I did...but I highly doubt that's where Bioware is headed. The cash shop will appeal to you as much as it does to the F2P people I bet.

Yea that's probably what will happen :/

They took out a lot of nice looking armour in beta for some reason no one could explain. I guess this was the plan all along.

I guess it's no surprise that people here think $15 a month is fine. These are the people actually still paying the $15 a month, even during the summer months when we had no new content.

You know because we play the existing game? PVP, PVE, guild interactions, leveling characters, etc. I guarantee you haven't played through all 8 storylines so there's more content out there for you...

What in the world do you do in any other game between expansion releases? Probably the same thing you do here, moan about a lack of content.

100% agree.

I see it as a downgrade to our player experience, and the price point of $10 would attract many more paying players, which would be ideal- more pay to play, less free to play playerbase.

Not typically. LOTRO and DDO have been good at regular content updates about 2-3 months apart, not counting the various festivals that tend to last several weeks.

You really can't say SWTOR has been good about adding new content. They did okay right after launch, but then it stagnated. For players not interested in Operations and Flashpoints, it's been particularly disappointing.

I have a question.

How can you say the Sub price is to high when we do not even know what the price of Cartel Coins will be and how much each item in the Cartel Market will cost?

I think we should at least wait until we see the full price of things before we start suggesting something it to high or not.

F2P changes nothing. You still get the same access for the same price as before. In addition, you get the free coins each month.

If you want to pay less, cancel your sub and buy only what you want when the game goes F2P.
Dear BW,
Please nerf paper and buff rock. Scissors is fine as is.

^This

$15 is too much? It has been the going rate for over 10 years and with the fact that the dollar has greatly shrunk in that time, it means that the effective price for the current sub fee has shrunk. $15 is a pittance. If it's not for someone that can pay for internet access and cable TV then I suggest cutting down on the Starbuck, beer, and soda. On second thought just the Starbucks and Soda.

I can't agree with you here. Sorry.

Lots of resources have been put in place to make the F2P transition and we still have received 5 content pushes in 10 months (since 1.5 will be out shortly). They are also serious about the 6 week content releases as we can see with 1.4 and now 1.5 on the TC. If you aren't into end game PVE or PVP which is built on the same mechanic in most MMO's then you are just spinning your wheels in this genre. Expansions are in some cases years between offerings.

They are working on an expansion planet however. Some people will never be satisfied.
