If you are subbed since launch, you should have 1500 CC I think. I mean I have 1750 CC with the 250 bonus from the Digital Deluxe edition. I don't see how you get 1300 CCs. I am not sure how happy to be with this tbh. It completely depends on pricing. If, for instance, a pet is 1000 CC then being subbed really doesnt do much in terms of CCs.

Strangely there's a few instances of people with multiple accounts (I have them too, but not all with the same thing on them) with exactly the same editions and time on them getting different numbers too. If I was missing a month in that way, that would bring my to 2700, so only 50 missing then.

I first had the normal game, and then upgraded to the CE. that means I am losing 450 cartel coins by default for the three months I didn't 'pay' for. when in reality I paid 200� for these (well ok I paid those 200� for only two months, as one month was a 'gift', but you are right - I am not getting coins for those) granted the coins you get per month aren't worth 15 dollar / 13 euro anyway, but it still leaves a bad taste in the case of the 'gifted' free month.
