You could have slapped some jawa anywhere in desert in middle of Tatooine, but no, some shmuck came up with that silly idea. Yeah, great, let's add it to the place where players can be griefed and into the game mode what many players don't play or care about.
If you're on a PVE server this is not a problem, if you are on a PvP server you should expect PvP.

Wrong. PvP griefers are on all servers. Putting the vendor in a PvP zone is a joke of an idea. People just won't be able to move on with the quest unless they log in during the night and try then. Bioware surprise me sometimes, with stupid crap like that mainly. Oh, and that's not to mention the "you can now buy Campaign armoring" deception. I imagine (or at least I personally read it like this) that most players read that and thought "oh goodie, I can make use of my orange belts and bracers now without having to do Ops and hope I get what I need". Nope, bound to slot, and no belt or bracer armorings available.

I like the whole HK thing and all, but I still have to use the ugly belts and bracers found on the vendors, rather than ones I like, which, for a game like this, is a pretty significant failure.

ok i got this information from a tread stating they already completed the quest.

you need to be 50 doing hard mode flash points. so prbably sme decent gear.

your opposing faction char only needs to be about lvl 15.

the droid comes nakid

the quest can be done in a day and takes you to sector x

heroic areas are involved

its a scavenger hunt quest.

hope that helps

How about giving us "server transfers" so that we can finally unite our Rep and Emp alts on the same server, something we have been unable to do since you made having them on the same server a major benefit - with the introduction of Legacy systems, trade between alts of factions, and now HK storyline?

I'd love to take advantage of all of these changes since the dirth at birth of SWTOR which then stated - "there shall be no contact between factions, even if within the same accounts and alts" which drove so many of us to have alts of diff factions on diff servers. But then you changed that.

So how about letting us unite our avatars on the same server to enjoy all this stuff?

I hope Bioware is ready to process the HORDES of customer service tickets that are going to be filed due to griefers camping the outlaws den jawa. This step is poorly thought out to say the least.

its probably going to turn into something like this....

(player) LF operations group able to escort me to jawa in outlaws den
(hardcorepvper) RATED WH group escorting to outlaws den jawa 1.5Mil credits each
(player) nevermind its not worth it for a dps solo companion ill just go back to forums to rage...

Bonsoir.

It is made that way for a reason.... So crafter can still make money. So now find a crafter and tell him to do your armor, or buy them of GTM.

Assuming I know a crafter with what I want readily available, and assuming I have the time and patience to grind a load of credits to buy the items from the GTN. Crafting is a mini-game; it is poorly implemented and every crafter can make the same items as the others, if he/she gets the schematics, thus there is no room for profit as all the items are the same. Don't try and feed me that "it's designed that way so crafters can make money" garbage, because that's all it is- garbage.
