Given that by Schubert's own admission that his team had NO MMORPG exp prior to SWTOR it is not surprising at all that EAware doesn't get it at all.

The idea would be that in the replay of the class quest all the encounter would be adjusted for a level 50 (or raised at each level CAP).
That would work but would take a significant effort to go through every quest and balance it. The more complex a request is the less likely it would be done.

I would say aim for what you suggested and if we are lucky we'd get what I said above.

I added the legacy component because if it's something they are focusing on tying this to legacy would give it a scope they can agree with.

Is that the story this week?

Last week it was: "SWTOR is infested with the fail Mythic team and that why it is so fail!111"

Wonder what it will be next week....
No one hates Star Wars as much as "Star Wars fans"

JR you have been on a bitter tear of late bro.

I am just reporting what Schubert himself said, you know HIS OWN WORDS. Please read the article.

so when you finish all the class stories... then what? you need more things to keep your players busy. it's too easy to blow through story content.

Believe it or not there are other things the game offers that are overlooked.

PVP which is dynamic and going to be a different experience everytime based on who you play with and against.

There's Flashpoints (Dungeons) and Ops (Raids) just like that other MMO that everyone likes to compare this to. In fact in game right now there are story and hard modes of each doubling that content.

There is content there even if it doesn't appeal to you. In fact some games like the one I am alluding to that is meat and potatoes of their game. Leveling is not the experience or the main attraction in that game. SWTOR presents this much better than it's competition.

Exactly how is Legacy the best mechanic they have? I'm confuzzled at this statement.
The Abrams Legacy
Absolut 60 Sorcerer | Shazzra 60 Operative | Zelkinege 55 Mercenary | Ozur'jek 60 Juggernaut

Just 1 tidbit I disagree with there...

It is not easy to blow through 8 class stories. I'm sure people have done it by now (I haven't) but it's definetely not something you can do over spring break.

I would hope that it wouldn't be more work than tuning up the mobs to at least the level difficulty of the quests on Correllia for the entire story. Given that all the Story encounters are "instanced" it may be as simple as a database change to the values of the mobs populating said instance to bring the encounters up to level 50. Not sure the encounters really need to be balanced, use the same "boss mechancis" that exist and just up the DPS and HPs?

However it would be accomplished I would very much like to see this. I would love to just make a run thru all the class quests and make new choices just to see what happens or to replay with the same choice to remember the entire story and have it fresh in mind.
