Greetings Orichalkos,

Please remove and re-add firewall and antivirus exceptions for SWTOR.exe and Launcher.exe. Also please make sure that the required ports have been opened on your launcher.

Could you also run the repair function on the launcher to rule out any issues with the client files? To run the repair, please log in on the launcher, select the cog shaped icon and the repair function.

Please come back to us if the issue remains after this.

I hope this helps!

Greetings Orichalkos,

Could you please confirm that you tried the repair option on the launcher?

Also if you don't use a router, could you please describe your network setup for me?

Thanks.

Greetings Orichalkos,

Could you please try starting the game after performing a Clean Boot?

Also could please restart all your network devices (turn off the modem and the computer, please turn on the modem after 30 second and after the modem is fully on turn on the computer).

Please let us know how you get on.

I hope this helps!

Greetings Orichalkos,

Everything looks to be alright with your connection.

Could you please download the latest launcher setup file from www.swtor.com/download and run the installation over the current one?

Also could you please check if the modem you are using is not actually a gateway (router and modem combined)? If this is the case then opening ports should be still possible.

Please come back to us if the issue remains.

I hope this helps!
