Could you please try to pathping and tracert to our login servers? You can find instructions on how to do this in the spoiler in this post.

Thanks.

Greetings Feeworth,

Here are the instructions about pathping and tracert from the link my colleague gave you:

“You will need the server IP address to run these. The addresses are outlined below with instructions following that:

• If you play on an East Coast server: 159.153.92.28
• If you play on a West Coast server: 159.153.68.252
• If you play on a European server: 159.153.72.252
Press Windows Key + R, enter ‘cmd’ and press Enter. In the command window, please type in the following command:
• tracert xxx.xxx.xx.xxx > C:\tracert.txt
Please replace ‘xxx.xxx.xx.xx’ by the relevant server IP. A file ‘tracert.txt’ will be created on your local drive C:, which will contain the trace route information.

In order to get the pathping information from your connection, in the same command window, please type in the following command:
• pathping -n xxx.xxx.xx.xxx > C:\pathping.txt “

Hope this helps.

Hallo victorrules,

Please follow the following trouble-shooting step to try to resolve this problem:

Please go to www.swtor.com/download and download the setup file again and run it. (Run the file as Administrator and add an exception for SWTOR_setup.exe to your firewall and anti-virus software).

Let us know how you get on. Thank you.
