the game crashes anywhere from 1 minute to 30 minutes. Usually this does not have an error just freezes for a few seconds then goes to the desktop. The error that showed up has only showed up a couple of times since i reinstalled the video drivers but does still occur.

what has been done already :
used fixlauncher app
used the repair function on the launcher
deleted the diskcachearena file
reinstalled swtor
reinstalled video drivers
replaced the video card
flushed the DNS
checked the router
checked the firewall
checked the anti-virus software
and a few other things i have forgotten but know i did

DXdiag

the error crash occurs in the same manner as the non error crash (ie. freezes for a few seconds then closes the game). Since i've run out of options i decided to post this.

Greetings Grenadie,

Could you please roll back your graphic card drivers to the 301.42 version to check if the issue remains with the older driver? You can find these drivers on the NVIDIA site.

Please come back to us if the issue remains.

I hope this helps!

Greetings Trilumis,

In this situation as you have done all of our general troubleshooting I would ask that you submit a ticket by emailing support@swtor.com and include your LauncherDiag. Please also list all the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far.

Please don't hesitate to come back to us if you have any further questions or issues.

Thank you!
