when people with 95% health decide to regenerate and stand there for the entire duration of the ability whilst 3 other members are waiting for them to join the conversation in a hm flashpoint. What really grinds your gears?

When someone blind invites you ("this boss is kicking our butts, can you help us?"), then proceeds to criticize your gear or your skills or rotation (whatever that is) once you've joined them.
It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

You are fighting and elite or champ for loot and right about half way through some !@#$% $#@! sneaks by loots the chest and moves on his or her merry way.

Yea, I don't get pissed often. I'm even immune to spawn stealing. But when some takes loot from a harder level mob when I'm fighting the mob for it.... its all I can do to track this person down and make sure they meet an ugly painful end. lol

People who complain about your performance in warzones, when it is clear you are in recruit gear and you are trying to learn how fight in them.

Hehe, I know what you mean
On a positive note though, they changed that in 1.3, you can loot chests in combat now, so just head for that straight away, then kill
