I am afraid I can't seem to find Hood's interview however, checked all the main fansites and youtube, but I remember them asking specifically 'When will our personal story continue' and he replied with 'Makeb is the big story update, story will continue there.'

Technically, if it was worded that way, it is a dodge. It doesn't state on no uncertain terms:

Thanks for the link, though this guy seemed like he was not too sure what was happening with the game. Though he did say that there was some same sex content coming at some point, so there is that news for players who want SS relationships in their game.

Though that has nothing to do with class story. Unless all classes suddenly "switch sides"

Agreed! Gabe hasn't exactly been a beacon of honesty in the past, nor did his reply give me any sense of confidence lol

I was against the cap increase without class stories when it was first announced ( makeb ). Then after a bit of thought I wasn't so concerned anymore , because I ended all my characters with lots of side stories left to do on the last 2-3 planets. So even if makeb's story is just FP's ,OP's and WZ's I can still hapily level up to 53-55 without even visiting it. No more wasting xp.

Obviously though I do eventually want chapter 4 , the interview with the german interviewer at comic con was useful for this thread. The 6 week per update didn't include class story progression but he said they would happen but more like once or twice a year , my guess is once. Well after skipping this year due to them changing the business model ofcourse.

I heard an interview on Torwars where Hall Hood clearly stated that class story is not continuing in Makeb. Makeb ASAIK is part of the Dread Masters story arc that includes the new op, the one after that and then Makeb. In that same interview though Hall did say that they wouldn't want to just do those and want to do personal class stuff as well. Some people seem to see the Class quests as the only part of the story. The story of The Old Republic is about the war against the Reps and Imps, it's also the story of Darth Malgus, and now it's also the story of the Dread Masters. Your personal class quests are only a small part of the story.

Agree for the most part, however, personal class story is what makes this MMORPG different. Not sure how long the game will last if they lag behind with this feature. Personal class stories are what make this game different enough to keep me playing ( and replaying with alts).

I'll say it again, for me, I don't give a crap about FP, WZ and Ops. I only play for the story, class story to be specific. If they don't implement that, well there is nothing left for me. They'd better hurry with some character slots, all 8 are 50 and geared up (by grinding money and buying mods etc seeing as I don't do group things), and I'm getting bored. I don't want to play on another server where I have no legacy or anything.
