The repetition of this game is astounding sometimes.
You can skip them if you don't like them that much, or spacebar through it if you just hate the dialog. None of the quests outside of your main questline is compulsory. Pick and choose what you like and don't like.

Not "the best". Fun and entertaining sure but, not "the best".

Star Wars is a Space Fantasy Space Opera. It has "magic" (e.g. the force) and it's episodic.

PvP and PvE are no better or no worse than WoW to me. PvP falls short of Pre-CU SWG to me.

I tried a F2P fantasy MMORPG the other day , it sounded good and so i tried it . After 3 hours of gnoll killing I took a break and it just dawned on me that I too am tired of Fantasy MMO's. I grew up on paper RP'ing ( table top w/e you wanna call it ). Then after playing PSO , PSU ( with a few months of Everquest in the middle ) and now SWTOR . I feel I have been spoilt with all 3 sci-fi mmo's . I just love the option of guns , lasers , missiles , grenades , magic and swords. So yeah SWTOR is great and I will be staying and I'm glad I didin't go out and buy a B2P fantasy mmo or sub to one.

Cheers,

BadOrb.

3° LIGHTSABERS Woot!!!!! lol

4°: i like the pvp here, it's true they need make World PVP with rewars but i like the pvp

5° the voice is amazing. don't u like hear to malgus or satele shan or perhaps Mandalore ? heheh

6° the leveling is very nice, it's good when you make another ALT and you don't have the same class story

7°: PVE, The pve here is very good man, the operation are amazing and entertaining, (i want to play the new Operation right now )

8° The gameplay here is awesome. and i know i played Tera but i still prefer the gameplay of SWTOR

9° Legacy, this about legacy i like it, it's pretty awesome.

10° Hutball woot!!! i know this is part of pvp but i love Hutball, it's like american football heheh

The PVP is good (better than gw2 as far as I'm concerned but we need more than just a few WZs to fight in/over and I'm still not sold on the trinity)

It has Samurai-styled characters

The class stories and companion interactions can be fun

The character models and combat animations are solid

Agreed. This is the only MMO where I've had more than one max level toon. I've really enjoyed leveling all my alts and I'm almost finished with all 8 class stories. The voiceovers make everything feel alive and I hope TOR sets a precedent here that others adopt.

I really must commend the writing team. Once you've played through 3-4 of the class stories you really begin to see how everything ties together and overlaps. There are lots of big and small details that show they really wrote the stories as a comprehensive whole and not 8 separate threads.

TOR still has lots of issues and like all MMOs is a work in progress but I find it more fun than the alternatives.

even I would never say it's perfect. It needs a lot of work

But FOR ME it is the funnest MMO out there.

As soon as it becomes unfun then I will stop playing

Until then I will continue playing and enjoying.

i can say that out of the 12 mmorpg's ive ever played, this is the first mmorpg where ive actually created more than one character.

4 to be exact.

its jsut that fun.

As a single player rpg, it's fairly average, the especially when you consider other single player games bioware put out.

As an mmo, it's fair to poor. Boring, lifeless planets, a boring city, irritating loading times, etc etc.

I do like the classes.
