Hello swtrbh,

Unfortunately it would appear that your computer does not meet the minimum specifications. I would recommend that you ensure your Graphics Card is installed correctly if the one listed in the DXDiag Report you have posted is not the one you expect.

Once your system does meet the minimum specifications, should any issues be present please do let us know and we will endeavour to assist you further.

Thanks.

Hello Kagehitman,

As with swtrbh, unfortunately your system does not meet the minimum specifications required to run the game. If the Graphics Card listed, please see my quote below, is not the one you expect in your computer, please ensure that it is installed correctly.

Should the issue persist once your computer does meet the minimum specifications, please reply here with an updated DXDiag Report and we will endeavour to assist further.

Thanks.

Hello Viktorator,

I notice from your Dxdiag that you do not have Service Pack 1 loaded for your Windows 7 Operating System.

Please see this link for details on how to do this (make sure to include any optional updates):

I would also advise you to update your graphics drivers by following these steps:

Please let us know if this makes a difference.

Hello Viktorator,

Thank you for attempting those troubleshooting steps, unfortunately I do not believe we will be able to resolve this issue via the Forums, and so for further assistance with this I would recommend that you contact Customer Service, specifically one of our specialist members of Technical Support. If possible I would recommend contacting them by phone on one of the following toll-free* numbers:
  • USA: 1-855-GO-SWTOR (1-855-467-9867)
  • UK, Germany, France: 00800 0246 9273 (008000 BIOWARE)
  • Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore: +800 0246 9273 (+8000 BIOWARE)
For calls originating from countries not listed above, please call the following number: +442035642555**

Prior to calling I would recommend creating a ticket with a Launcher Diag attached as this file simplified the process of submitting your DXDiag Report and MSINFO as well as other log files which can prove useful, instructions on how to obtain this can be found in the spoiler below.

Hi Crudsymcgee,

That dxdiag is not showing any graphics processor at all, not even an integrated one, so your computer will not be able to do any complicated 3d rendering. Please install drivers for the relevant card that you are using, if you have one, to see if that helps.

Thanks.

Hello People,

I'm getting the C7 error now as well.
I've been playing on the same machine since Beta.
Updated everything I could think of. I have even done a clean install of the game.
Those didnt help.
I hope you can find something I missed.
