Greetings Warlesss,

A DxDiag would indeed be useful in this case.

To post the DxDiag in spoiler tags, paste the content of the DxDiag in the post box, highlight the text and hit the cog shaped icon above the post box. Alternatively you can type
at the beginning of the DxDiag and
at the end.

Thank you!

Greetings Warlesss,

There is nothing that I can see in your DxDiag that could be the cause of this issue.

You could try running the repair function on the launcher to see if that helps with the issue. To run the repair, please log in on the launcher, select the cog shaped icon and then the repair function. Also could you please download and run the launcher setup over the current installation (you can download the setup file from www.swtor.com/download).

If these steps do not help we would need to see your LauncherDiag for better diagnosis of the issue and to offer you possible solutions as the error you receive is mostly an Windows error. To do this you would need to submit a ticket by emailing support@swtor.com and our Technical team will get back to as soon as they can.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you!

I checked but I can't find the repair launcher in the installed swtor folder or launcher in the settings all there is the language setting and also can't find the launcherdiag. Would this be an update problem?
