EC has been un-raidable for 2 days. When you die, you get ERROR HE2045, can not re-enter the zone, can not use skills, can not do anything. Character is unplayable for a large amount of time.

No patch. No response. No help.

Is this the type of service you offer? Almost nothing to do. The one thing to do doesn't work and you don't fix or even acknowledge it?

F2P isn't enough ... this game isn't worth free.

Haven't been able to raid in Denova at all this week due to this issue. Beginning to doubt if guild will continue to play this game. For last 2 days we have only been able to down Zorn and Toth before being unable to continue due to this he2045 issue. This needs to be addressed immediately! All of our raids have been canceled until this is fixed. Some guildy's are rage canceling thier accounts due to all the issues preventing smooth raiding. Sad in my opinion because i think this could be the best MMO ever made if it wasn't so buggy. Love this game but serious raiders are getting very frustrated with the problems.

ONE WEEK (as in seven whole days, with 24 hours each)

Are you all too busy playing guild wars 2?

People in my guild have QUIT THE GAME over this bug, as this has effected us for the last 2 weeks of raiding and we have NOTHING to do.

Hi again lexiekaboom,

We understand the frustration that this issue is causing and I can assure you that we are still actively working on this. As soon as we have more information it will be made available.

I'm not sure if you have seen this already, but there is a post by JovethGonzalez concerning the issue that contains some information that you may find useful:

As many of you have noticed, we have been playing with the population settings for the raid areas, and in particular for Explosive Conflict. The main change is that we've lowered the overall population for those zones. We've been really happy with the reports of lowered lag that folks have been posting, so it looks like that side of the change has been a great success.

However, we have run into one unexpected effect. Normally when you zone to a new area, we try to put you in the same instance as your guild mates and friends. Unfortunately, it's doing the same thing when you zone into raid instances, which means that with the lowered population numbers, you can be the last one who fits in the instance, and there won't be room for the rest of your Operations group. This is why a few people have been getting the dreaded "Server Admin" error and end up unable to zone into Denova.

When this happens to you in a group that has just started, the best thing to do is to have everyone exit the area, then reset the group's active phases. Then you can have someone who is either unguilded or who knows their guild members aren't in a raid instance zone in first so that they get a emptier instance.

If this happens to your group when you have made progress and would have to kill your way back in, you can wait a few minutes and hope that the population drops, or you can reset your phase immediately and you should be able to enter a new instance immediately.

We did make a configuration change yesterday afternoon to help with the problem and we're monitoring the servers very closely to evaluate whether that lowers the error rate enough. We're also working as quickly as possible to get a regular fix ready to deploy.
Thank you for your patience.

So what should we do tonight? Nothing, while we sit and wait for you to fix it? Are we going to be refunded for the lost time? Are you going to send e-mails to the people who quit the game apologizing and offering them free time to come back?

No. You're just going to let everyone lose what little faith we still had in you while we spend another night with the new ability tree in WOW and playing guild wars 2 because you have FORCED us to stop playing your game because instead of having people make new content, instead of having people make new zones, instead of having people fix balance issues, our the millions of other things we BEG YOU TO WORK ON EVERY DAY you had people working on a useless back-end change, implemented it without testing, and broke your game.

Your failure is as remarkable as it is unprecedented.
