The Jedi Shadow/Sage War Hero gear is just as atrocious. It seems that whoever designed that set was a huge fan of Heimdall from Thor.

Please listen to us, the players, on this. A lot of your armor is so disgusting looking. I have 4 level 50 characters and not a single one of them wears your War Hero gear, except the Consular/Inquisitor pants. The Imp side is really stupid and ugly with all the blades and spikes. Republic side is nearly as bad. Camp/BH gear, as someone else has said, is awful. Just FUGLY! You need to start making cleaner, simpler and more colorful armor/clothing.

P.S. Might be slightly off topic here, but please fix the slave girl/dancer outfits. The bottom should not show up when yyou aren't wearing it with the top. This is stupid. If I want my Twi'lek to run around with the top and a pair of pants or another skirt I should not see the slave girl skirt as well. How is this not even addressed?

One thing I think that would help a lot would be for crafters to be able to make a kit of some kind that allows them to extract an orange-shell of any piece of armor in the game (tradeskill applicable of course).

This would open up a lot of freedom as there are several leveling greens and blues that have great designs but no corresponding orange shell. Just this alone would effectively double the number of choices each class has to work from which would be a great start without requiring any kind of outlay towards new designs.

That said, you also have to keep in mind that aesthetics are a very subjective thing. You mention PVP Sentinels as one of the better sets, yet to me personally I disliked the BM variation and found WH laughable (granted with helmet hidden the BM stuff is... ok, but that's about it).

You also went on to mention Sorc. "swamp thing" as one of the most notable "we don't want" pieces, yet I very much enjoy the War Hero Sorc gear, and even the BM ones for that matter. When done right I very much enjoy elaborate, it just falls to whether it is a well-done elaborate design (BM Sorc) or a poorly deisgned one (WH Knights).

I am sure there are many who do not, and want a more lore-respecting traditional appearance, I have no issue with that, just wanted to clarify that it isn't necessarily the common wish of everyone.

I will pay upwards of $20 USD for basic brown, black, tan, and white robes.

Bare midriff like Aayla Secura (twi'lek jedi in Ep2) would also be cool for my chiss sage. But still basic solids.

That's what I wear. Transparisteel Onslaught.

Don't give EA any more ideas on pricing than they need

$5 is a perfectly decent price point to get some digital threads.

The market will dictate.

I'm just letting them know my threshold. Not saying $20 is priced to sell.

That's probably the idea my friends.

They make a bunch of atrocious armor for us and then sell us the good stuff.

Basically we want to look cool, and we don't.
