From what I understand, you need to register your guild on Dromund Kaas. I'm a semi-new player (been playing for 3 months) and I've never made a guild.

Some help would be appreciated

You need three other non-guilded players. Form a group, and then see the Guild Registrar. In the Republic side there is a registrar on the Fleet, in the area where the guild banks are, I imagine there's one on the Imperial Fleet, too.

You must level 10.

When you get to the registrar, be prepared to enter the name of your guild, and pay 5,000 credits. The group leader will become the guild master.

You cannot change the name later, but you will be able to change the GM.
