Hello,

My friend wants to buy his trial account but his account mail and origin mail are different from eachother. He wants to continue his present level 15 character. How can we sort this out ?

Hi erhaann,

Your friend could try setting up a new Origin account in order to continue with this character.

I think this is the only option available to him at present as we do not offer cross account character transfers.

Hello again,

My friend just bought the game but there wasnt any notifications about it and he cant see SWTOR in his games section on Origin. And he cant log in to game nor website. Need assistance.

Your friend will need to contact Origin for assistance with this : https://help.ea.com/en/origin

It's possible that, after entering his product code, it could take some time for his account to become activated.
