2 reasons:
1) Mostly there is no other team to queue up, we are only guild able to put 16 players to queue. Therefore we are playing each other fairly often.

2) There is noone to report us coz nobody cares about few comms or few dozens points of rating. We are not on pvp server after all.

2) Did they fix the Outlaw's Den so that people in the same guild can fight against each other? (Pretty sure that was a known issue a few months ago) If so, this would be the place to practice your PvPing in my opinion.

3) 100 games actually sounds like a pretty big number at least based on the way queues pop on my server. I'm glad that by exploiting the system you and your friends are able to get so many games.

4) So if you lose rating it's ok to fix games? That would be like me saying that if I threw a boxing match it would be ok because by doing so I'm losing money. I'm still wrong for throwing the match am I not?
1) Point taken although who would need gear 4 months after 1.2.

2) The environment is a problem. If I wanna show someone how to play huttball or were is a sweet spot in voidstar, I hardly can do that on Tatooine. Combat is not the guildies common problem, game awareness is.

3) Personaly I have about 50 and compare to pvp servers with 3K rating and 400+ games, it's not that big number. Not sure what's wrong here.

4) Just saying it's not about rating. Who would care when we meet either us in rwz or other top pvp guild here which we know pretty well so in the end it's only about win or lose.

I probably see this only compare to my server. Shouldnt be saying it's generally ok.

playing your own guild is totally acceptable but losing intentionally when other players not in your guild are on your team..well I dont know how Bioware would police that but I do know they took a dim view of kill trading on ilum. if you play any sport or any game and try to fix the outcome it is usually grounds for explusion. Im seeing more and more of it, players just not trying, doing some fairly obvious afk tactics. I think its more an indication of how lame a lot of people have become in RL rather than a condemnation of Star Wars, they are lazy, sleazy and have no real abilities . I think its fairly obvious this game is just a snapshot of how messed up some people are that they cheat in a online game to win fictional rewards that have no real value...good for them..losers.

This strategy makes no sense... What would you gain from doing this? First off all, every time you drop a WZ, you lose a ridiculous amount of rating. It doesn't matter if you leave the actual WZ or just skip the pop, the rating loss is automatic.

If they do manage to do what you said, then they'd LOSE 5-6x more rating then they would gain by winning against their own guild. Don't forget, the losing guild side would also lose some more rating for that game as well.

If you wanted to level out the playing field, and be smart about it, you'd either farm rater comms all day or spam regular WZs all day with your 4 man. Losing games to a legitimated rated team, and still gaining comms for 8 medals, would be 100x more efficient then trying to match against your guild, to do the same exact thing, lol.

You can't farm rating like this, there is no way... The gear farm is also very bad.

You literally have to be completely stupid to do this... either that, or you're just so bad, that losing 100 rating to just play your own team, and have them lose to you on purpose, is some sort of a weird fetish.

RWZs are not playable without matchmaking. It's no fun working on a team for an hour and then losing 600-0 or 100-0, and earning 20 comms in the process.... Which is exactly why no one but the top/geared teams rank these days.

I think BW has made their view on win trading clear. Anyone doing it at this point is playing with fire. But playing intra-guild matches, with teams that we KNOW are evenly matched? Makes the gearing up process 1000x more entertaining.

It's Biowares fail matchmaking system. Its the same thing where you can double premade into an unrated warzone by timing it right.

Simple solution is stop same faction rated WZ. They have to play against opposite faction.
The best MMO I have played in a long time. Not perfect but pretty close to it.

I see people farming rated warzones every day on my server. Honestly, I don't care though. I personally think its bioware's fault for not implementing any kind of incentive to even DO ranked warzones in the first place. Everyone I know with a high ranked warzone rating has already quit because it got bored fast of course. And the rated gear you get is meh (because whoever makes the appearance items in this game needs to be dragged to the street and shot).

So, these people are just farming warzones for the quick RWZ comms. Honestly, I laugh but I really dont care. Although, the people that I know who farm them do them on off hours, and specifically make sure not to do it at prime time so they dont interrupt the people that actually WANT to do competitive warzones. So at least they are cheaters with a conscience. =)

What's preventing you from taking a person on your own team to that sweet spot for a sec while you're playing another team? Furthermore, don't you think you would have more to gain by learning your opponant's tactics as well as your own? I'm not saying that you're a crap player or anything, but seems to me like if the only other team you're playing is your own, it's like the blind leading the blind. You're learning to counter your own tactics? I'm sure that's going to win you a lot of games when Season 1 starts.
