problem with redeeming code

asking to redeem my product code, which i did back before the beta. now my account is telling me that i have not redeemed my code. show when i try to do it i get a message telling me that it has already been used!!

-no i have not made a new account
-this is the same from when i bought the game
-for the love of god help me.

i am in the same boat as u, its telling me the same thing, guess i might have to get on swtor to see what they can do.
