Holy hell, everyone, why are you still subbed if you're THAT miserable? Way to bring down the thread.

On topic, I wish I'd known that hitting escape during a conversation exits it, undoing all the negative affection a companion accrued. It would have made things a little smoother between Mako and my businesslike mercenary.

Yeah it does.

On more of what the OP was going for:
I wish I had quit playing my bh once I finshed the class story instead of farting around with crappy pvp and dailies. I should have just started a new alt and focused on that story.

I wish I had taken slicing at launch and used the hell out of it before it was nerfed.

I wish I knew that on a speeder I could open the crew skills window and tell my companion to sell junk and it would be instant instead of a cast.

I wish I knew there would be f2p on the horizon and the CE could be found on the shelves months later cheaper.

[edit]: I wish I knew that there is no "War" in this Star Wars game. I wish I knew that rolling all classes in one faction at start would be fruitless once 1.2 came out.

How completely inhospitable to fresh 50s the game was until 1.2/1.3.

I lost most of my guild, friends i have been gaming with for years, because they hit 50 and got faceplanted by battlemasters while spending hours and hours trying to get their first pieces of centurion gear. It wasnt fun AT ALL, and they unsubbed because of it.

Hello everyone! We had to remove several posts from this thread for being off-topic. There are many threads for general commentary about the game, and we encourage you to post in them for that kind of discussion. Please make sure your posts in this thread relate to the topic and are not arguments about the state of the game. Thank you!

Canderous Ordo Empire side sucks at PvP. Pubs are so much better. I rerolled to confirm and its true. That being said I met quite a few great PvPers I think since theres more Imps than Pubs theres just more bad players.

Also I wish I knew how awesome Operatives are. Don't want a Sniper anymore.

Name one post here that is not an argument about the state of the game?

I noticed this as well sub 50. I chalked it up to imps rerolling as pubs to prepare for the new HK companion, and vice versa. Pre-game I see a lot of smuggler, consular, knight, trooper legacy emotes so it just leads me to believe that it's probably true.

I wish I knew that there would be so much hate for a game that I love.

As a big fan of KOTOR, I love SWTOR. I just don't understand how people can hate this game, and the forums are full of these haters. I like the story while leveling, I like the combat, it's just a great game.

The only thing I was expecting that I didn't get, was more social areas. I expected Nar Shaddaa to have a more sandbox setting. I didn't know that the only places to go on the planet would be questing areas. I figured a big social area (where people might hang out), surrounded by areas where you did your story.
