Don't be too optimistic on this. Sure, a few will show up again, but I guess many are gone for good.

Keep rubbing that lamp of yours enough times, and that magic genie might actually grant you three wishes. As much as you want to wish it were dying, sorry to say, it's not. Not even the magic genie could make that wish happen.

Go hate and spread your propaganda elsewhere.

I can only speak from my personal experience but, I'm still very much enjoying the game. I have 3 50's and 3 40's on Jedi Covenant. I seem to get into FP's relatively quickly on my tank/healing toons and not so quickly on my dps toons...nothing earth shattering there. WZ's pop fairly quickly.. My problem which is personal is that even though I'd like to see the endgame content...I choose not to invest the time gearing my 50's to be in position to play endgame content. I was the same way when I played WOW. I played off and on from vanilla thru Cata...however, apart from MC/BWL never played endgame content while it was fresh.

As with any mmo it's typically made up of a diversity of players (casuals who are ok with early/mid-game content) playing out the different storylines and the those who crave the challenges of endgame. It's difficult to be all things to all people...thus the challenge of today's MMO. PVE/PVP/Crafting/Quality of life...etc... as much as we would like...It's simply to costly to maintain it all.

Personally, I'm sick of all the hate I see here, on podcasts and in the community in general. I play games to have fun...if I'm not having fun...I go and do something else...Will I stilll be playing SWTOR in 6 months...probably not but...I'm not going to go on complain incessantly about it. Just because I may get tired of the game doesn't mean it's bad.

Not trying to be uber negative but 1 event will NOT do it. We need recyclable content that will keep people occupied for months to come. A single world event is the opposite of recyclable. As the devs themselves mentioned they had to have the entire company focus all its resources on the last one. It ran for 2 weeks(?) and poof ... disappeared. It was very fun but totally inadequate.

This is why open world PvP is so necessary most especially to theme park MMOs. Sprinkle in some social games and some more nightmare level content for raiders and I suspect this forum would be a much happier place.

At the very minimum there should be 1 new WZ every month. I ask this: is it really that hard to come up with a new "death match" map every 30 days? Players, without any development experience, create hundreds of real good ones for other games. Surely this team can create 1 balanced map per month.

Lol, I've been a pro bioware supporter since I started but the fact that they can't even take care of their own forums leads me to believe what will become of the game.

Its true, they used to rule these boards with an iron first, now theres plenty of threads up that would have been closed last month even. Honestly sad to say but I'm enjoying it. Browsing the general discussion has been added to my daily internet reads that are usually current events and NFL.com
You know somethings wrong when I could be spending my time in game but I get more entertainment from these forums reading people go on the defensive and try to spin it.

As a moderator you either get hated for doing your job or hated for seemingly not doing your job. You either get yelled at for being draconian or being too easy.

HAH! Funny.
See my post concerning self fulfilling prophecy. People like you aren't killing the game per se but you're most certainly helping do so. Laugh it up, you're part of the problem not part of solution. The guy you were dissing has the last laugh. Now that's funny.
