I think the famous quote of the guild summit would be "Theres no timetable on that"
Hey guys: even if nothing was implemented from the Summit (which I summarily disagree with) would we have known about it had Bioware not gotten the ball rolling? No. Was it your whining that got it done or Bioware reaching out that did? You know the answer. That's the point I'm trying make.

Does it reflect this quote though:

Yeh. Didn't think so.

Hey, Im happy they had the guild summit, I really am. It was a very cool thing that Bioware did for the community. Thats the positive of it. The negative of it shows, if you watch it and pay attention, that Bioware really had no communication there either. Most questions were answered with:

Well look into that
Its not in game? I wasnt aware
Thats on the board but no timetable
We cant talk about that yet

How long ago was the guild summit? Have we heard anything about it since? No.

And the solution has zip to do with the launcher. It has everything to do with changes that security software missed. I had that problem too for all of about 5 minutes until I updated my antivirus software.
Can we please just have our pre-KotFE SWTOR MMORPG back?

But that's besides the point. The point of this thread was to ask if Bioware really intended what they had originally promised, or whether or not they just realized somewhere in the development process that engine limitations, for example, prevented them from making the "epic boss battles, massive pvp" that they intended.
No..no..unfit dullards are people who question everything without knowing anything and constantly clog up message boards with inane complaints. Use your common sense, Gersidi. Obviously, SOMETHING got in the way of Bioware's vision. What do you think it was? Was it the impending doom of layoffs (these things don't just *happen*)? Was it a programming limitation? Was it that they just wanted to screw all of their players? I mean, the sky's the limit on tinfoil hat conspiracies so go nuts! It's obviously something regular folk wouldn't understand, and so they have neglected to inform us. Doesn't sound like a bad idea, because I'm not a programmer and neither are most of the people playing this game. Would a simple, 'Uh, we couldn't do that,' appease this crowd? Probably not,

I used the Summit as a point to show that while Bioware has truly messed stuff up (hence why I bounced for so long) it's not so bad and they DID try their best to reach out. Unfortunately, they're constantly dealing with unfit dullards every which way they turn that won't appreciate anything and will point out things like, 'Ready Check,' as reasons to why they've failed the community. I think it's time for another hiatus. Maybe one day I'll be able to come back here and it might be at the WoW level of community..and that community is awful.
Cool. Blame the players for voicing their displeasure with a game.

Sub runs out before the month ends. I'll be there.

Hey at least I didn't create a "I Quit" thread.

That much is obvious.

Neither.

It's been real but the game just wasn't worth the sub for me anymore.

Nice try but that doesnt solve it for everyone.. You are just one of those players that has the attitude "it doesnt happen to me, therefor it doesnt exist". Im sorry but you dont reflect 1.7 million subs that the game used to have.
