Cool, so you remember the Guild Summit. Not sure where the disconnect is then, duder!

Then you be in your solo world and still not carring... until you realize that no more content is comming and fixes dont happen very often. Youll ask why and be ignored like we are now
If it goes away before its time, oh well. As long as we are still able to log in and play that's all that matters. You see we the core fan base are digital like that. Gloom and doom have no bearing on our enjoyment of the game. Listening to doomsayers repeating the same things over and over tells me they haven't much else going on. That's okay as long as they don't try making life miserable for others. World wars have started because of that.
Can we please just have our pre-KotFE SWTOR MMORPG back?

The Guild Summit was a farce.

It's been real but the game just wasn't worth the sub for me anymore.

Unfortunately, half the people taking the suggestions at the guild summit have probably been laid off.

It's possible that whatever MMO project they work on next will have ready checks, guild calenders, and capital ships.

LOL I totally forgot about the guild summit.
There are no Heroes or Villains. Only Winners and Losers.

A farce..I'm not sure I understand. I mean, I know what, 'farce,' means I'm just not sure how it fits here. They said, 'Bring out your best dudes and dudettes and talk about what you want to see fixed and added to the game,'. They did, and Bioware added a lot of stuff and fixed a lot of stuff that was asked for. Not sure where the farce fits in. 1.2 was FILLED with stuff specifically asked for at the Summit.

Ummm what things did they ask for that were directly put into the next patch? Are you talking the UI stuff and things of the sort, that they had already been working on for 3 months?

I recall a very funny question and answer...

Are we going to get a ready check for groups?

Theres no ready check in game? Thats news to me.

Look.... still no ready check.

Maybe that is the case, but I have always believed that they just did it becuase they thought it might increase subscriptions or retain them. I feel that I have to believe that until they prove otherwise by starting to place those things in the game.

I have an understanding that 2 years ago they didn't have to worry about a sizeable percentage of their eventual paying customers playing on pos legacy systems that would be incapable of handling everything because it was still in closed beta. Everything was turned up because it needed to be. Open beta and early access told them they had to turn stuff down a few notches as a result. What I see is a promo video that is no different than any other MMO's promo video. Videos that feature eye candy the released product won't get. I see the nature of the beast. At least the launcher wasn't crashing like WoW's did for 11 months.
