Servers on the decline again....

Isn't TORstatus reporting an overall change of +1.50 right now? Seen here towards the bottom of the page.

So... no, I don't think that means the servers are declining at all.

Core problems? Lol? The "core problems" have always been changing. First it was the bugs and they fixed 99.99% of the bugs until there are NO game breaking bugs. Group finder? In game. Ranked WZ? In game. Legacy? In game. Reduced load screens both in load times and number by getting rid of orbital stations? Finished. Empty servers? Now there are 5x more people on each server.

The people who like to cry (like you) will find reasons to cry. They never enumerate their grievances(like you). They never say "this is what's wrong" and when they do, as soon as it's fixed they "find" something else.

There are VERY few actual problems with the game. The lack of world PVP is the ONLY problem I have with the game right now and ranked are keeping me occupied enough that I don't care about that right now, they can take their time to get it right while I enjoy ranked warzones.

The truth hurts doesn't it?

Are we supposed to cheer at Bioware and clap our hands when they're ruining a game with such potential?

Damn, I just spent all of these pages reading the fanbois' comments. It's just really, really sad (and funny ) how they can't accept the reality of the state the game is in. SWTOR is crashing down. It's becoming a TORtanic!

Now, as for your comment, if there are actually VERY few problems, why do you players keep unsubbing and leaving?

• Lag.
• Endgame Content.
• Chat broken.
• Endgame Content.
• Terribad Customer Service.
• Did I mention endgame content??
• Oh, yeah. Also, more lag.
• Servers are dying again.
• Leveling is now appearing as a grind to a majority of the players.
• Am I seriously forgetting the lack of content? And its immersion, quality? Just the lack of it...

take a poll of a 2 week period. cause you know...2 weeks is plenty of time for an averaged statistic, right? cause nothing can happen in the universe that would interrupt a games population in 2 weeks. then they typical doom and gloom naysayers hop in with this new-found overwhelming evidence and say "See? I told you so! I am justified! I am the prophet foretelling the Doom Of MMO's!"

Whatever. Im not a blind fan of this game. It ranks up there for me with LotRO now. fun game, has it's quirks, worth playing tho. It's not perfect. but threads like this do NOTHING but give emphasis to those who want to repeat their dire prophecies, trying in some vague way to make themselves look like the psychics of the MMO realms (and professional MMO critics at the same time). save your breath...number fluctuation like that happen in every MMO. I'll bet tht if you looked at EVERY MMO out there right now, they would have similar fluctuations as we speak. some more. some less.

This is not directed to those who have reasonable concerns about game mechanics, and are discussing them (mostly in other threads) in a way that should garner attention to those said items. but this thread really isn't it. this is simply a doom and gloom thread, with less evidence then most.

EDIT: you know, while we have all those who enjoy discussing these fluctuations in MMO populations I got a question....why does it matter if the population is dwindling? do you honestly think that you are goign to take someone who is actually enjoying themselves at the moment, and convince them in a world shattering revalation that they are wrong about how they feel about the game, solely on the population numbers? do you think that the dev's are going to see the .2% difference, and recant on their evil "MMO destroying" ways, and become the virtual monks of the MMO world, making the perfect game and allowing you to play it for free?

I really just dont' understand threads like this, especially ones that report a reduction in playerbase over a 2 week period with some servers less then a percent difference...my goodness, that could be people actually going back to work, and playing less. this is a GOOD thing. hell, it could even be people actually getting out in the sun instead of hunkering down in their cellars over a computer all day long...really? less that a percent?

You didn't do anything special there with your little list. That list of yours applies to EVERY SINGLE MMO on the market. I can go to every single forum to every single MMO and say this very same thing...and it will apply.
