Hey guys, i'm currently looking at making one of these classes as an Alt.

Wondering what you lot thought of the two AC's? (Pro's and Con's) I'll mainly be looking to heal in PVP.

thanks for the input!

if your looking to heal in pvp(i dont do alot of it, so this is hearsay) go with commando healer, pve go sage/imp mirrors.
This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this one is mine.My rifle is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.My rifle, without me, is useless. Without my rifle, I am useless. I must fire my rifle true. I must shoot straighter than my enemy who is trying to kill me. I must shoot him before he shoots me. SNIPER 4 LIFE!!

Merc is good strong PvP heals, but Sorcerers have more utility (force speed, slows, bubbles, interrupts, etc)

I've never played as a sorcerer healer, but mercs are very sturdy- a good amount of their heals also puts some form of damage reduction on whoever you're healing, plus with the right perks, you can't be interrupted while your (main) shield is up.

However, the merc heals aren't too strong (for a healer), they're probably the worst off when they're alone, and their damage (even for a healer) is garbage.
.never forget

Merc and sorc healers are very different. Mercenaries can dish out lots of healing, but the catch is except for kolto missile, they really can only target one ally at a time. But as long as the other player keeps aggro, you can keep them alive for a very long time if you manage your heat right. But note from an experienced merc healer, you have no real attacking viability except for aoe attacks in the healing spec. The sorcerer, on the other hand, is great for healing many people at once, and in those epic fights where its just a mindless mass of aoe attacks and bodies, you can keep the whole team in the fight longer, but not as good for a single player like you healing a lone tanker. Better for keeping the dps alive for a bit longer. Again its your playing style.
