Agree, I to am tired of all the QQ on these boards about this or that. the game will be around a long time, its still growing. There is no perfect game out there so deal with the bugs like all the rest. its a small amount of ppl that troll these forums from the game. Thats because they are playing and not ************ about everything like the kids are on here. Yes most the time these boards are trolled by kids under 18 so take everything you see on here with a grain of salt cause its just ************.

It's comments like these that reveal the type of people that are still playing this game.
There's a complete disconnect from reality. The game has been losing subs left and right.

I love how in threads like this no one can list any examples of what they like in this game. Haters can list hundreds of significant examples, but you people don't list any.

I did see one comment about how they really feel immersed in the star wars world.
And I find that hilarious. This game has the worst immersion I've ever seen in an mmo.

Welome to game design. Anyone in the business will tell you that it's easier to find the faults in the game than the plusses, particularly when you're talking to normal gamers.

And, more specifically, who cares what the reason is for enjoying the game? They enjoy it and that's all that you need to worry about.
If I have 6 reasons that I love the game and you have 10 reasons that it sucks, does that automatically mean it's a bad game?
No. We're talking about a completly subjective opinion about the entertainment value of a videogame.

I think you found something in the lines that isn't really there. It's not antagonistic towards you or anyone else. It's simply complete indifference to other people's opinions.

If you actually look at what was said and not "between the lies", he's not saying that you should forgive and forget. He's not saying that you should like the game.
All that is said is that he doesn't care wether you or anyone else don't like it.

If he didnt care then he wouldnt have come onto the forums and posted that he didnt care. Since he did post it shows that he does care/is worried.

This is suppost to be an MMO, which is a virtual life for players. If you dont care about how long its going to be around then you shouldnt be playing an MMO.

On the other hand, I have expectations that are not being met by this game and have unsubscribed. Quite to my detriment, I still have subscription time remaining for which I am not getting my money's worth.

The game is great. The naysayers are just blizzard fanboi's here complaining because their game is in the slow process of dieing that EQ went through. GG trolls GG.

You are spot on OP. Im loving the non auto attack system (proves who the keyboard turners are) and i love the fresh lore/tradeskill improve ments this game provides.

Remember, haters wouldn't be hating if they wheren't jealous and worried about their own mmo of choice.

About the layoffs, all the hard, time consumeing, stuff about launching the game is done. Its natural they would thin the management for the game. Anyone disagreeing clearly doesnt understand how or what they are talking about. The people who they let go had done, for the most part, everything they needed to.

Finally someone who gets it. I also feel that I have gotten my moneys worth out of this game and maybe even more. This is the first MMO that I have really enjoyed since Sony released Final Fantasy XI back in 2003. All the negativity here does drive people who are new to the game away. I had to talk a friend into staying all because of all the negative threads posted about BW and EA that hes seen here and thats not fair to new players. People tend to forget that the entire production team for an MMO does not stay together after launch this happens with console games as well. Those members needed to maintain and generate new content are kept while the rest are either let go or assigned to other projects. This happens all the time not just at EA but other game developer companies.

Horray for people trying to say how others think without any real evidence thereof.

I for one really don't care what other people think of this game. You can like this game or not, doesn't make an iota of difference.

Where I DO get involved is when people try to say that I am somehow "wrong" for what I think, and there are plenty of those here.

I am curious why I should automatically care about a MMO's longevity.

An MMO isn't a virtual life. An MMO is a game that you pay money for. Like any other product in the world, once you value the enjoyment the game gives you less than your subscription, you stop.

I'll continue to play the game until I don't enjoy it anymore and not a day longer, and when that happens Im certain there will be another game I can enjoy.
Why should I care any further beyond that?
