Saving implies something that is dying.
Saving also implies that there is corrective action that can be taken.

I don't actually believe either are the case. I think TOR has plateaued. They've irritated and pushed away a million or so potential players that are probably never coming back through stupid mismanagment & indecision. There is no fix for that. You can't rebuild trust once you've lost it; the gaming world just doesn't work like that. Those players have moved on.

Equally, fans of the game that are still playing like it for what it is. It doesn't need saving. It might need expanding or maintaining or improving, but not saving. It's past that for those where saving applied.

For what it's worth, I for one would be delighted to see larger scale space combat that is more meaningful, where I can grab a turret in a larger ship or my own ship etc, but I don't believe for a second the cut-down team at Bioware are going to manage that. Prove me wrong, Bioware, prove me wrong.
For 2000 Cartel Coins, a year-old game breaking bug may get fixed.
For $20, an epic death scene for your character is unlocked to end your overly expensive class story. Subscribers pay $10.

I'm not sure whether I have anyone with me on this, but I would really like the option to change advanced classes after the initial choice. Like if you are a marauder you would be able to change into a juggernaut and vice versa. I want to stress however, that I do not wish this to become an option you can buy ingame, like a respec, but rather perhaps an option that costs real money and is done via the website.

The reason for this is because otherwise people will keep switching classes back and forth all the time and that would get pretty silly. Another possibility could be to have it as an ingame purchase option but have a very long "cooldown" on it. So that if you change your AC you won't be able to do it again for a couple of months or something like that.

The reason I want this is because I'm really tired of my AC and would like to try the other one. But I really don't have the time nor resolve to level a new character (with the same class story) and gear him up to full War Hero gear, which I almost have on my level 50 character. So rather than to quit this game cause I'm tired of my AC I'd like to get this option. I like this game and I want to keep playing it.

So yeah, that's what I would like.

I'll play along.

1. Galaxy Territory PVP with one massive battle on a Timer.
2. Increased Guild functionality, like creating alliances, commons chat channels, special interactions within your alliance, Guild Progression.
3. Web portal that allows you to play with your Guild, use the GTN, manage your characters and do crew skills, send mail ect while you're away from the game.
4. Make large events cross story lines, like the Dominator exploding, or the start of the War again by the end of the game. Add some cinematics for these events, especially what happened when the war started back up.
5. Allow players to access Class zones that are unused after you completed the story.
6. Add a Voss Mystic Heroic Class, which will mainly do buffs/debuffs and be a support role.
7. Add Voss as a playable race.
8. Stories should not be seperated completely. They should interact with each other, like, this one guy betrays the Jedi when you are a JK, and you track him down as a JC or Trooper.
9. Add a customizable ship, including the interior.
10. Add Guild Capital Ships.

OP, you've made a whole bunch of assumptions here, none of which hold any merit and the entire posts is a culmination of mind projection fallacies that you have extrapolated out to reality.

The marketing information is out there, the fiscals are out there for any to research. The game is not in danger. It is solvent and is earning a profit. There are far more people out there playing the game and enjoying it then the 10 or so listed in this post, or the 100 that continually post that the game is failing based on their own interpretation.

Many of us, including myself, enjoy the game. You are not experts in the field of game development. You are people sitting in a room playing a video game. Please cease this nonsense, please stop damaging our game with false information. Please cease making wild accusations based on limited knowledge and experience, and please stop speaking for the rest of us.

Have a nice day. ;p
May the Schwartz be with you....

1. I want a million credits when i log on each time
2. I want all the best gear for my character but i don't want to do anything for it
3. I want a house on a my own planet with GTN inside and all the vendors in it, so I can sit in it and make the fleet area ghost places
4. I want new end game content every week.
5. I want my alliance to look like my sith because i hate the idea of having the same gear as somebody else
6. I want Christmas lights to decorate the outside of my ship so it looks pretty
7. I want the game to be like every other MMO out there, I don't care if its suppose to be a different game

I sure there's loads more rubbish we can get the DEVs to introduce into the game!!!!
Personally I say let the people who don't like the game go, it's there choice.

There are plenty who do like it, and who are looking forward to what is being developed, yes there are still improvements to be made, but for me and others its heading in the right direction hence why i keep paying my subs.
I sense a great disturbance in the force

The funny thing is you say that to be funny but actually it is possible, if done right. Okay I'm going to bring up a kid's mmo that did it right imo flame me if you want. ToonTown. Yes that Disney MMO, TooTown. In that game each toon had their own world that consisted of fully customization houses. That world consisted of each toon you created with their house in it. In the house was a market, or telephone as they called it, where you could buy clothing , emotions, basically whatever you wanted. Friends could also visit the personal world whenever they wanted. They also had what was called a garden. This garden made each planet unique because you could plant trees, flowers, whatever you want. Your pets called doodles stayed there while you were gone.

If done right, SWTOR could do the same thing. Instead of telephones, GTN. Though you would probably have to buy it as a customization, you would still have the option.

Maybe also having the ability to customize the planet to look the way you personally want it. I.E Alderaan, Tattoine, Nar Shadaa, Dromund Kaas whatever you choose. Also having the ability to add different perks to the planet so people can compete for the best hangout spot. Think Roller Coaster Tycoon. If they ever add swoop bike racing, that could be an addition to your planet, a mini swoop bike course to practice on. Of course you would build it yourself. Then you could add a pazaak table in your house to play games with your friends or whomever you want.

And yes, you could decorate them with Christmas lights if you want (if Star Wars knows what Christmas is in the first place lol)

just an idea based on another MMO

If I wanted to play ToonTown and have all the things from it , then guess what that's what I would play, I however at this moment i wish to play SWTOR.

Hmmmm maybe a company can design a Star Wars (sim city/theme park game) instead of people wanting to include it in TOR.

Yes I clearly remember seeing a Christmas tree and all its decorations on the Death Star
