They could post a blog once a week. They could answer a few questions once a week or even everyday. That **** takes like 10 mins. I highly doubt that breaks havok on their developing hours. They could post a state of the game every couple months. They could give us info on what we are going to see in the near future and not next year like they showed.

There are a lot of things they can do, that wouldnt take much time at all, to please an assload of people.

What a complete CROCK! I haven't been asking for a freaking HK-51 droid, have you? Has anyone here asked for HK-51? I don't care about the droid, I want some freaking CONTENT, like new Operations. The current 3 take all of 3 hours to run, 2 on nightmare mode, one on story, and because of the brilliant 1980's era 'lockout timer', I get to do that a whole ONE time per week. For PvP, I'm stuck in the same 3 rotating boxes that we've had since launch, and 1 that's so similar to the others, it should have been.

I accept absolutely ZERO responsibility for the condition this game is currently in. If anything, they should be thanking me (us) for sticking around while my last server died.
In fairness, they say the HK-51 droid is going to involve a giant galaxy-spanning quest to get. That IS content. Just because it's not new Ops doesn't mean it's not content. I don't really enjoy ops, so this is great for me. What you need to say is "I don't like anything but raids, I need another one to clear in a week so I can go back to complaining that everything's too easy."

Nothing wrong with that persay, however, asking for things that you potentially wont even use very much is selfish and wasteful to those who actually play the game.

I hope we dont hear anything from anyone about anything till they have some clear cut goals to work towards. With a new operation and companions already announced, im really only looking for another warzone. Fluff content will not keep subscriber's around. Its replay value and actual intial entertainment value is very low. It is, fluff content.

If you havent "specialized" and experienced the game to its highest level of competition or difficulty i challenge you to go for it. Bioware's first teir of raiding content is very basic and easy to complete if you are willing to figure out and put in a couple of attempts.

Again, id like to reiterate, unless bioware has some info about content updates or actual gameplay footage, its wasted breath and effort.
Most people on the forums have already done everything you said..... months ago. As far as fluff content? What do you mean by that? If you mean a silly pet then yeah it gets old but people still live to collect those kinds of things. If you mean some form of ship customization..aka housing.. some sort of mini games like pazaak or pod racing, multiplayer true space... dont kid yourself. Thats the kind of thing that keeps people entertained for years.... far after the last raid zone has been on farm for 3 months ... long after the 4 warzones have been played through 5 million times over.

Sorry but I dont agree with you.

Also to your statement about not annoucing anything until they have clear cut plans... If they dont already have clear cut plans then thats a serious problem. Most MMOs have clear cut plans for a year or more ahead. They should already be working on the next update and should already no what they plan to put in it. If they dont then that would be pretty piss poor management... but hey, nothing surprises me anymore.

I didn't say it was too easy, nor do I want to say what you want me to. I feel it's far too restrictive with the f'n lockout though. I've never seen such a stupid thing. Daily, fine, but once a freaking WEEK?! Bioware clearly doesn't give a flip about the community.

If HK is some repeatable PvE content, fine...but if it's more of the same once and done crap, it's a huge waste. We have enough of the once and done things, this game needs repeatable content.

Now now TUXs, if they do what you want I don't want to see you playing any of the "SWTOR is too Grindy Threads".

I was just reading:
http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=509376
In the end of that thread, there is a link to this thread.

I'm still unsubbed and waiting for answers or efforts made towards the following:
Any movement regarding the topic of selective transfers where people choose the servers that they will transfer to?
Any news regarding to when the Nightmare Mode for Explosive Conflict / Denova will be available?
How about some new content beyond the end-game grind?

Lots of rumors flying around regarding more "restructuring" at Bioware and the CEO of EA also referred to SWTOR as "an open sore"... Will I get my money back if the game is cancelled before my game time expires?

Perhaps I'll have to cut my losses and carry on.
I unsubscribed to this game and still have time remaining on it. I am hopeful - probably naive in that regard - that EA / BioWare will make this game the fruitful business venture that it *can be* and still warrant continued subscription. There are other leisure activities in the universe.

Really people, this game is 9 months old. Nine...months...old. Please note:
  • WoW was released on November 23, 2004.
  • The Burning Crusade, was released on January 16, 2007.
  • Wrath of the Lich King, was released on November 13, 2008.
  • Cataclysm, was released on December 7, 2010.
WoW (the 800lbs Gorilla of MMOs with scads of money) hasn't had a content update since 4.3 November 29, 2011, just to put things in perspective for you.

I've seen this kind of crying on every MMO I've played, try going outside more or something.
Yeah, because WoW is the only MMO out there right? Want me to show you a list of a game that has real updates?
