Gasp, how DARE I not care other people are quitting? There are major consequences if I don't care!?

Lol. Do you really not see the complete idiocy in this statement? No, I don't care if you quit. I assure you I will never , ever attempt to contact anyone that's quit in hopes they will come back to the game. Similarly, I don't understand why quitters seem to make it a mission to contact those who are still playing, in hopes that we will join you.

You know what may be the proper analogy? Never in my life have I found it necessary to attempt to contact a vegetarian to eat meat, and yet there are certainly a healthy number of activists who find it worthwhile to intrude in my life. You guys who do this are effectively vegans who find it necessary to camp a steakhouse.

Really, go get a life. I realize you are just doing this out of love and concern for our well-being, but neither myself or any other subscriber need you to "save" us from this game.

You need logic to understand what a slippery slope fallacy and the fallacy of the continuum are. Google them, or enroll in them when you actually get to the college level.

I removed a portion of your post because it pertains to nothing. You just proved my point for me. You need to wake up though. You should care that people quit. The more people that play, the healthier the community of an MMO. MMOs need a healthy community to survive. Yeah, I get it. You only care if you are happy with the game. Thats the only thing that matters to you. Thats a bad stance to have. This is not a single player offline game. This is a subscriptioned based MMO. In order for a sub base MMO to survive, it needs subs. The less subs it has the worse the game will be. Common sense.

If the numbers fall below a healthy profit, for BW and EA, I assure you..... you will start to care.

Except that this games probably sold around 2.5-3 Million copies of the MMO at 50 or 60 bucks a Pop. And has been charging a fluctuating player base from 2 - .75 Million people 15 bucks a month, for over 6 months.

Multiplat games that have 0 subscriptions, and HUGE budget costs sell 2 - 3 million copies and are heralded as a success So.... Im confused here as to how BW doesn't have, or is seriously in danger of ,losing the resources it has been successively making over the past 7 months.

And just an FYI Im only humoring you at this point.

I never said my opinions are better than you. Read the post again and show me where my opinion is. I posted in that post 1. what came after 1.1, 2. That there are more subsciptions cancelling then there are new subscriptions comming in. Sorry if you dont believe that but thats a fact. They lost 25% of their subscriptions in the first quarter. They lost more in this quarter but the numbers are not known yet. Are you saying that they miraculously gained atleast 26% new subscriptions? The only opinion in there is that the legacy is useless. Alot of people carry that opinion but I never pawned it to be a fact. Perhaps you are the one that needs the logic class. Proof is in the server merges from over a 100 to below 20.

Im neither an Aussie or diluting any truth. Look at the post and read it. Look at the quote that I was responding to. The quote stated that 90% of the time the servers are all Full, very heavy, or heavy. I logged in to check and saw nothing but light, standard, and locked. I said that this must be 10% of the time. I cant recall correctly but that was about 2:30 pm est today. Please tell me how I am either an Aussie or diluting the truth there?

I need no logic class. However you could use a class on respect.

You need to repeat that sentence to yourself 100 times until you gain some perspective.

The only reason to do anything in this world is because it's fun for me. That's it. We are not out to save the dolphins or stop global warming. If subscriptions fall to the point where I'm not having fun, it's not the end of the world, I'll just move on to a better game. And god forbid, if I ever stop having fun, I hope I have the wisdom and common sense to not waste my time attempting to convince others they can't possibly be having fun.

Here's the bottom line, I literally look forward to logging in every chance I get, and hit play on the launcher as fast as I possibly can. If you don't feel the same way, then re-evaluate your life, and go find something else to do with your time.

Yeah, but just warping my perspective on things to fit into your crooked view doesn't prove anything, does it?

If your point is BW needs more support from it's player base, I certainly don't think you're posing it in the right way, but what do I know, Im the hater troll here, bashing everyone from their opinions, right? Wait a sec... That yo... oh nevermind.

1.7 million at launch. Lost 25% of its subscriptions in the first quarter (that puts it at about 1.4 million). That was months ago. The sub loss still continues and we will know very soon how many subscriptions the game has this quarter. This is all common knowledge and can be found by google. It is also fact. Not an opinion like yours above.

First of all this is a sub based MMO. Completely different business model. This is not CoD. This game had over a 200 million dollar budget to launch with. That does not include on going costs of development teams/servers/licensing fees etc. If the number falls below profit margin... which was stated to be about 500k subs then the game dies. Companies do not keep non profitable games on the market very long. Some will yes but at the expense of other things... such as development staff that produces content and expansion packs. Hence why I said everything before that you want to dismiss as me needing a logic class.

Im not trying to convince you to not have fun. Im trying to convince you that its bad for a game to drive away players. Reading this makes me think you could care less if the game dies. I do care if the game dies. Sorry you dont.
