Does anyone else feel like our armor was nerfed?

Our normal group was running black hole heroic 4 today and with the damage numbers I was taking it felt like my armor was bugged and not working. Thinking I was bugged I removed all pieces and reequiped them with the same results. This evening in pvp, it was the same thing. A few hits and I was down. Right now I am wearing full battle masters annihilater set. Any suggestions?

armor r useless , only work at ur low level story line em(u can compare with light armor class), WZ has too many skill bypass armor, we dont feel armor nerfed, it is that weak science launch.
