Everything you do in a game should give you progress towards advancing, not just one play style.

There is no reward yet, you've prioritized attaining something that doesn't matter yet and probably wont for quite some time. It was clear that there isn't and has never been a reward for achieving level 50 legacy, so really, what did you expect?
