So I went on Holiday before 1.3 and I came back to having to reset my security key and when I finished with that, this is what happens when I log in now:

Tried it several more times and waited... this is the result:

Any advice?

Edit:

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but...

It would seem. But I can't do anything beyond what I've posted.

Hi CaptianFordo,

Please try changing the game and launcher to run in Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility mode, it may help.

If it does not, please try running the fixlauncher.exe (located in the game folder) and the repair tool (located by pressing the cog icon on the launcer after loggging in).

Please let us know if these steps help.

Also, the Pick an Environment page should not have any bearing on this issue.

Thanks for the advice, this seems to work for now but it requires an extremely long time to load to the character selection screen.
