Shrap Bomb needs to not hit CCed targets

Since we're letting tanks hold AoE threat without breaking CC, how about letting us dirty fighting smugglers DPS properly without breaking CC? Having a target next to a CCed target is extremely frustrating for us, given that shrap bomb is an integral part of our damage rotation and happens to be AoE. Wounding shots will be 1 proc short and we'll be missing our best DoT from the target without it. Throw us a bone here.

I don't agree.
All AoE damage attacks break CC effects. Much of a tanks agro is generated by an AoE taunt, that doesn't cause damage and therefore doesn't break CC.
Even as a gunslinger you have to learn not to use what AoE attacks you have whether demolition charge, grenade, freighter fly by.
It's your chance to get in close an do some close up shots in the back.

It's only an issue on trash, and since it's trash, it's just a inconvenience which you can actually bypass. Just run into cc'd targets, pulse them apart (that wont interrupt cc), and shrap away. Or you could ask your tanks nicely if they would harpoon/pull some targets away (also wont break cc).
