I really appreciate it
Bioware today: "At some point today, our servers will gradually start experiencing problems.. Lag spikes and other such things.. This will be followed by brief and intermittent outages on a few servers.. This will then cascade over the next couple of minutes to more and more servers.. Forcing us to take all the servers down to do a full reset of all the servers.. As of yet, our crystal ball has not told us how long all this will take.. So we can't currently inform you either..'

The reason you were most likely not notified is that Bioware doesn't actually have a crystal ball.. Just saying..
Who is the more foolish? The fool or the fool that follows him?

If anyone at EA-Ware reads this please give us a reply why you lacked basic common sense to send out an in game server shutdown message. You do it for maintenance and patches easy enough was it so hard to do it for this? It's the little things paying customers expect that you continually fail too provide.

Time for another round of KoTOR (I, not II).
To everyone that feels like flaming me, I don't care. The forums were put up so prematurely before game release that every thought has been expressed a thousand times over, and I don't feel like reading the 1000 prior threads to ensure they aren't an exact match for mine.

If you download the restored content patch, Kotor 2 isn't half bad.

What I pay for is exactly what just transpired. They became aware of a problem affecting their paying customers and they acted on said issue, to rectify it. Does it really matter that I didn't see a warning about the restarts. Nope, not in the least! All that matters to me is that they are working on it. Did I miss something and your dollars smell better than mine?

problem with eq2 was that their clock was speeded up in relation to mine, 30 mins was probably 10 ;P
