Bioware, its nice that you do something to fix it, but is it too much to ask that you bother to use the server broadcast function and make us aware that you are pulling the server down on a sunday night? Definately not making you look very bright.

20 million hours and they will be up, I guarantee it. Might be sooneer though, I cannot guarantee that.

Agreed... Should we continue to browse the Forums for the next 30 minutes? Should we go see the Amazing Spiderman since it will take at least that long? Should we not even bother to log in until after Tuesday's maintenance?

BioWare needs to hold our hands so we know if we can leave our computers or not.

Really!? Thanks for the warning Bioware! I just got to the Corellia Datacron thats a royal pain only to have the servers cut off. Let me guess.... you will close this thread too???? FAIL

I just called Bioware. They said " It is emergency maintenance and restart of the servers with no ETA on when the servers will be back up." I also asked if we would get any kind of credit on our accounts since issue 1.3 has knocked us out of about 1 week of game time. I was told "IF we are going to do anything it would be on the forums. That is where you should look for these questions." Nice to know we will be paying money to look at forums if we need customer service. I should also note I work overnights and my friends are day time workers. Sunday is the only day we mesh on our schedules and can play as a guild. Of course all the mainenance also occurs at night so the overnight crowd is once again asked to cope.
